If you're looking for the most luxurious villa in Dugi Rat and the surrounding area, this is the place. We stayed there in June for 7 days, and everything from the owners to the cleanliness and standards was impeccable. The owner, Alen, communicated excellently in English and accommodated individual requests, which is not always a given. Even the security deposit was documented properly. Each room was in like-new condition upon our arrival and spotlessly clean. There is plenty of space, and you can choose between rooms with a kitchen and a sea view or rooms with a kitchen and direct pool access through the window. Naturally, we used the perfectly functioning BBQ grill on the first day. The location is perfect, as it's only a 3-minute walk to the beach where you can stroll along the promenade past lovely little bars and a pizzeria. There were also few sea urchins. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We even played music until 2 AM, and the neighbors weren't bothered. Overall, it was very quiet. Looking to the back, you could see the epic mountains. A super location! There were three parking spaces for ample car accommodation. Mosquitoes were not a problem as there were none. The pool was absolutely sufficient, and it was a lot of fun to jump in from there or enjoy the sunset from the roof. With a rental car, you can be back in Split after a 30-minute drive along the coast. All in all, we would gladly return, as the price-performance ratio was perfect. We are definitely coming back! The hosts are accommodating and ready to help with anything. We are delighted, the villa is very comfortable with a large terrace and a beautiful view and has everything you need for a vacation.

You are easy to contact and very good service if you call you. I am happy with everything. I received good help with the booking, the transfer was great, the accommodation was fantastic. We also had our children aged 26-30 with us. Everyone is very satisfied.
